Peter Bedoukian

My working life spanned over 40 years in Information Technology, starting with IBM in 1966. My roles have all been related to the technical and operational side of IT,  starting with deep ‘techie’ stuff, then management, then executive positions.

As an employee I worked at IBM, Bell Canada and CP Rail. As a consultant I worked at the TSE, ING Canada, CIBC, Glaxo Smith-Kline, HP (Ireland), Bombardier and Manulife Financial.

Now I help small businesses advance their use of technology, with a current focus on designing, building and supporting websites for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Community Service

Over the years I have volunteered in various roles at The Stop Community Centre (Toronto, sous-chef), Habitat for Humanity (Toronto, New Orleans, miscellaneous construction), Lions Club (Verona, various), South Frontenac Community Services (driver), my local Road and Lake Associations (executive), Cataraqui Canoe Club (Commodore) and taught chess to grade 6 students.
